Unlucky's Luck (S) (2018) follows the life of Pellito, a resident of a small Caribbean town in Colombia, who finds himself in a seemingly cursed existence after being abandoned by his wife and left without a job or money. On his 63rd birthday, Antonia, a kind neighbor, gifts him a ticket for the Fortune's Raffle, a peculiar lottery that offers an array of unusual prizes, including household items and even live chickens. In a twist of fate, Pellito's ticket is drawn as the winner, much to the astonishment of the entire town. The community comes together to celebrate Pellito's newfound luck with a grand party, but as the festivities unfold with dancing and drinks, the old adage proves true: fortune and misfortune are two sides of the same coin.
