Bride of the Gorilla (1951) follows the chilling tale of Barney Chavez, a plantation manager in the dense South American jungle, portrayed by Raymond Burr. Barney's greed drives him to murder his elderly employer, with his sights set on the victim's alluring widow, played by Barbara Payton. However, a native witch who witnesses the crime casts a curse upon Barney, leading him to undergo a terrifying transformation into a savage gorilla each night.
