24 Nights (1999) follows the journey of Jonathan Parker, who, as a young boy of four, was deeply influenced by his mother's words and a fortuitous meeting with a Salvation Army Santa Claus. This encounter sparked a lifelong belief in the magic of Santa Claus. Now, at 24, Jonathan finds himself as a somewhat aimless college dropout, known for his laid-back, pot-smoking lifestyle and a string of romantic failures. With his parents no longer with him, Jonathan sees a glimmer of hope in his quest for true love and decides to pen a heartfelt letter to Santa Claus, hoping for a miracle.
