The Pizza Joint (2020) is set in the small town of Greensville, where cannabis has just been legalized. The story revolves around Thomas (Timothy Delaghetto) and Anthony (Anthony Guajardo), who operate the town's most popular pizza spot, Phu-King Pizza. They have a unique arrangement with Playa Playa (Noel G), a former dealer turned businessman, to incorporate his prized strain, "Jamaican Goddess," into their pizza sauce. Just as their business is thriving, they find out on payday that the $20,000 owed to Playa Playa has vanished. With a deadline of midnight to settle the debt, the duo and their eccentric crew of employees must scramble to find the missing money and avoid the consequences.
