Twinkle, Twinkle, Lucky Star! (1996) follows the tale of a celestial being, the Angel of Nine Heavens, who is exiled to Earth after being discovered in a romantic entanglement. Meanwhile, the Windfall God, harboring a secret affection for her, pleads with the Jade Emperor for an opportunity to win her heart. Transformed into a mortal, he is granted three daily uses of his divine powers and a seven-day window to locate the reincarnated Angel of Nine Heavens and inspire her love.
