Animals (2012) follows Pol, a seemingly ordinary teenager navigating high school life with his brother. However, Pol's world is far from ordinary; he shares his deepest moments with Deerhoof, a sentient and mobile teddy bear. The arrival of Ikari, a mysterious new student with hidden depths, disrupts Pol's routine. Intrigued by Ikari's enigmatic aura, Pol finds himself drawn to the darker aspects of his new classmate's personality. A sudden, inexplicable death and a series of peculiar events propel Pol into a surreal adventure that blurs the lines between imagination and reality.
