Eight Diagram Pole Fighter (1984) follows the journey of a man seeking retribution after a brutal attack on his family. After the majority of his loved ones are ruthlessly killed, Gordon Liu flees to a secluded monastery to undergo rigorous training. However, when his eldest surviving sister is abducted by the same malevolent forces that decimated his family, he is compelled to leave his sanctuary. Driven by an insatiable desire for vengeance, he embarks on a perilous mission to rescue his sister and exact revenge on those responsible for his family's destruction.
