The Wedding Ringer (2015) follows Doug Harris (Josh Gad), a charming yet socially inept groom-to-be who finds himself in a pickle: he lacks a best man just weeks before his wedding to his dream girl (Kaley Cuoco). Desperate, Doug turns to Jimmy Callahan (Kevin Hart), the CEO of Best Man, Inc., a service that supplies best men for those in need. The ensuing events are a side-splitting mix of wedding deception and an unlikely friendship between Doug and his hired best man, Jimmy.
