Forbidden Dream (2019) chronicles the enduring 20-year bond between King Sejong, portrayed by Han Suk-Kyu, and the brilliant inventor Jang Yeong-Sil, played by Choi Min-Sik. Together, they create numerous innovative devices for astronomical observation. However, their collaboration is abruptly disrupted when Jang Yeong-Sil is dismissed from his position and subsequently vanishes without a trace.
