Sueños de libertad (2024) is set in the year 1958, where Begoña Montes is seen rushing through a dense forest with Julia, her young stepdaughter. Begoña is the new spouse of Jesús de la Reina, a prominent and wealthy businessman who owns a significant cosmetics company, Perfumerías de la Reina. As Begoña flees with Julia, Jesús pursues them and fires a shot. The question remains: did Jesús injure Begoña? What drove Jesús to such an extreme act, leading him to shoot his own wife?
