Batman: Caped Crusader (2024) unfolds in the grimy, crime-ridden streets of Gotham City, where corruption is rampant and fear grips the hearts of law-abiding residents. Following a tragic event, the affluent Bruce Wayne transforms into a symbol of justice and terror: Batman. His solitary mission to cleanse the city draws in surprising allies from the GCPD and City Hall, but his heroic deeds also spark dangerous and unpredictable consequences. This animated series draws inspiration from the comic book "Batman: Caped Crusader". Originally slated for HBO Max, the series was later acquired by Amazon Prime Video, which greenlit two seasons.
