The Rescue (2023) follows Julio as he and his family relocate to Argentina after the collapse of a harsh dictatorship that had dominated the country's democratic landscape. However, their return is marred by a sudden and violent turn of events when Julio's brother is abducted, thrusting Julio into the role of the primary negotiator with the perpetrators.
