White Lie (2016) follows the journey of a tenacious young investigator, Oleg, who uncovers a disturbing pattern linking recent peculiar fatalities in his city. His suspicions lead him to a prominent local banker, Rusakov, whom he believes to be involved in these mysterious deaths. However, Oleg's probe takes a perilous turn when he realizes that Rusakov is backed by influential figures. Undeterred, Oleg continues his investigation, but his relentless pursuit of the truth plunges his life into chaos, culminating in the tragic murder of his closest friend.
