La loba herida (TV Series) (1992) follows the journey of Rosana Soler, a young Spanish girl who, after being orphaned, is sent to Venezuela to reside with her Aunt Celeste and Uncle Elias. Following a traumatic attempt by her uncle, Rosana flees her home and crosses paths with Eva Rudel, a harsh woman who manages a brothel. With Celeste's intervention, Rosana becomes Eva's ward. Eva's husband, Armando, seeks to legitimize his illegitimate son, Alvaro, and bring him to Caracas. Unaware that his son had been a bullfighter who met his end in the ring, Armando travels to Spain to retrieve his son. Isabel, Alvaro's sister, disguises herself as a boy to greet her new "father" and exact revenge on Eva, who had caused her mother's imprisonment. Rosana accompanies Armando to Spain and encounters Makuto, a recently released prisoner who was wrongfully incarcerated. Despite the numerous obstacles, love blossoms between Rosana and Makuto, but their path to happiness is fraught with challenges.
