The Day Today (TV Series) (1994) is a satirical television program that aired for one season, consisting of six episodes. Each installment is structured as a parody news show, blending absurd fictional news stories with a straight-faced, pseudo-professional delivery. The narrative of each episode centers around one or two primary stories, which are explored in depth, alongside a variety of other brief news items. The show occasionally switches to other fictional channels, showcases clips from upcoming (fictitious) BBC programs, and includes street interviews with the public in a segment titled "Speak Your Brains.
