8 Heads in a Duffle Bag (1997) follows the chaotic journey of a duffle bag containing eight severed heads, mistakenly delivered to a weary medical student vacationing in Mexico. The mix-up occurs when Tommy Spinelli, a mobster, is tasked with delivering the bag to his boss in San Diego. The ensuing farce is filled with dark humor and absurd situations as the medical student unwittingly becomes entangled in the criminal underworld.
