Rear Window (1954) follows the story of a renowned photographer, L.B. "Jeff" Jeffries (James Stewart), who finds himself confined to his apartment due to a broken leg. Despite the presence of his loving girlfriend Lisa (Grace Kelly) and his dedicated nurse Stella (Thelma Ritter), Jeff grows increasingly restless. To alleviate his boredom, he begins to observe his neighbors through the rear window of his apartment using a telephoto lens. As days turn into weeks, Jeff becomes convinced that a sinister event, possibly a murder, has occurred in one of the neighboring apartments, drawing him into a web of suspicion and intrigue.
