Comment c'est loin (2015) follows the journey of two thirty-something friends, Orel and Gringe, who have spent a decade trying to create their debut rap album but have yet to see any success. Their lyrics, filled with off-color humor and complex references, mirror their everyday experiences in a typical provincial town. However, they face a significant hurdle: they can't seem to complete a single track. After a heated meeting with their producers, they are given an ultimatum—produce a worthy song within 24 hours or face the consequences. Their old demons, including the fear of failure, procrastination, intrusive friends, and relationship troubles, all conspire to make their task even more challenging.
