What Are You Doing Tonight? (1988) is an urban anthology film that delves into the challenges faced by young individuals. The first narrative follows three young men from New Belgrade who, after completing their secondary education, find themselves awaiting their draft call while seeking easier ways to earn money. The second story revolves around three friends employed in a book warehouse. One of the friends' mother, who works at a bar, attempts to secure a job for her son there. Meanwhile, he encounters a neighborhood girl, and on the eve of his first day at the new job, he and his friends are barred from a house party they were invited to. Deprived of drinks and entertainment, they decide to steal the bar key from his mother. The third segment explores a couple whose relationship seems perfect until the woman secures a job in the countryside, leading to their separation. The man, however, suspects there is more to the story.
