Quiet Fire (1991) follows the story of Jesse Palmer, a Vietnam Veteran who finds himself in a high-stakes battle against his former commanding officer, now a corrupt Senate candidate named Whalen. Whalen is plotting to hand over a significant portion of the U.S. Government to terrorists, and he has an arsenal of resources at his disposal, including mercenaries, advanced surveillance systems, and hired assassins. Palmer, however, relies on his intelligence, combat skills, and a few unexpected tricks to thwart Whalen's nefarious plans. The fate of the nation rests on Palmer's shoulders as he races against time to unmask the corrupt politician before he secures the election victory.
