The Maxx (TV Series) (1995) follows the adventures of a unique superhero, Maxx, who resides in a cardboard box and is clad in purple. His sole companion is Julie Winters, a freelance social worker. Maxx frequently oscillates between the "real" world and a more primitive, outback realm where he holds sway and safeguards Julie. Mr. Gone, who claims to be a "student of the mystic arts," appears to possess deeper insights into Maxx and Julie's peculiar bond than they could ever imagine. However, he is not yet ready to reveal all his knowledge.
