Boso (2005) follows Jake, portrayed by Jeffrey Quizon, a caretaker at a boarding house filled with an eclectic mix of residents, including a reformed couple with a penchant for adult films, a young woman posing as an innocent schoolgirl, and a virgin exploring her desires. Jake's unique perspective, gained through meticulously crafted peepholes in the ceiling, allows him to witness the most private and hidden aspects of their lives. This voyeuristic behavior becomes an obsession, granting him a sense of power and control. However, Jake's life takes an unexpected turn when he begins to observe the newlywed couple, Cecilia (Katya Santos) and Ding (Allen Dizon). As he watches their intimate moments, Jake finds himself developing an emotional connection with Cecilia, experiencing a depth of feeling he has never known before. For the first time, he encounters a woman who reveals to him the true essence of beauty.
