Corrections Class (2014) follows the journey of Lena, a bright and determined young girl with a disability who eagerly returns to school after years of home study. She is placed in a specialized class for students with disabilities, where they must demonstrate their progress to a school commission at the end of the year to potentially move to a mainstream class. Unfortunately, Lena's teachers, who are exhausted and unmotivated, do not encourage the students or help them advance. Instead, they actively discourage Lena's interest in more challenging academic material. Despite these obstacles, Lena quickly integrates into the school environment and forms a bond with her classmate Anton. However, their budding happiness does not sit well with everyone, leading to unexpected consequences.
