Pluto's Sweater (S) (1949) follows the comedic misadventures of Pluto after Minnie knits him a vibrant pink sweater. Pluto is initially horrified by the garment, and Figaro, the kitten, finds the situation hilarious. Pluto is sent outside to avoid embarrassment from his canine friends. His attempts to evade them lead to a series of mishaps, including getting tangled in the sweater and taking an unexpected dip in a lake. The sweater, now barely covering his head, causes a mix-up when Pluto pops up and startles Minnie, who is engrossed in "The Hooded Monster." Minnie is initially disappointed by the sweater's shrinkage but is delighted to discover it fits Figaro perfectly.
