Sadegh the Kurd (1972) follows the story of a man named Sadegh and his spouse who run a tea house along the route between Ahvaz and Andimeshk in southern Iran. One fateful night, while Sadegh is away, a friend who drives a truck visits their establishment, leading to the tragic death of Sadegh's wife. Law enforcement begins a manhunt for the perpetrator, but Sadegh, driven by a thirst for vengeance, starts targeting and killing truck drivers along the road. This violent quest for retribution puts him on a collision course with the authorities.
