La quinta (2024) follows the annual tradition of Rudi and Silvia, who, along with their three children—Martín, Federico, and Silvina—leave the bustling city to enjoy a much-anticipated vacation at their countryside retreat. However, their plans take a dramatic turn when they discover that their beloved home has been taken over by an unexpected occupant. Rudi immediately points fingers at Tomás, the property manager, and dedicates the following days to rallying the neighborhood against him. Yet, an unsettling incident involving the children overshadows Rudi's efforts, revealing a chilling secret that threatens to shatter their family's peace.
