Adopt a Daddy (2019) follows Damien, a humble school caretaker, whose life takes an unexpected turn when he decides to help one of his young students, Bahzad, and the boy's mother avoid eviction. Damien delves into his parents' radical past to rally support for his cause. He persuades his sister Mélanie, a successful corporate lawyer, her close friend Rudy, and an assortment of unlikely allies to join him in this new battle. United by solidarity, they find themselves crossing legal boundaries, and the situation quickly spirals out of control.
