Roleless (2022) follows the journey of Miyamatsu, a man who operates cable cars and also works as a film extra. Through his various roles in different films, he has been living a life detached from his own reality, merely acting out parts assigned to him. However, his life takes a dramatic turn when he is forced to confront his own existence, the one he had previously overlooked. This debut film explores the complexities of identity and the struggle to find one's true self amidst the roles we play.
