The Naked Kiss (1964) follows the journey of Kelly, a woman who advocates for the rights of mistreated women and children with disabilities. Initially working as a prostitute, she decides to leave her city life behind and move to a quiet town. This decision comes after she reflects on her future and sees only "nothing but the buck, the bed, and the bottle." In her new environment, Kelly finds love with Grant (Michael Dante), a respected philanthropist and the town's most sought-after bachelor. However, a dark secret threatens to disrupt their budding happiness and jeopardize their future together.
