Lupin the 3rd: The Secret of the Twilight Gemini (TV) (1996) follows the adventures of the renowned thief Lupin, who embarks on a mission to fulfill a dying wish of his mentor, Dolune. Lupin is tasked with retrieving the treasure of the Geltic Tribe, guided by a mysterious half-diamond known as the "Twilight Gemini." His journey takes him to Morocco, where he faces numerous challenges, including pursuit by the transvestite villain Sadachiyo and a group of assassins. Additionally, French Interpol Commissioner Jean Pierre leads Inspector Zenigata to Morocco, eager to apprehend Lupin. Along the way, Lupin forms an alliance with Lara, the young and beautiful leader of the Geltic Tribe, who has been fighting for her people's return to their homeland after a century of exile. With the help of his trusted companions Jigen, Fujiko, and Goemon—who has a personal vendetta against Sadachiyo—they embark on a quest to find the other half of the Twilight Gemini and uncover the Geltic Treasure.
