Bad (1977) centers around Hazel, who operates a beauty salon from her home but supplements her income by arranging for ruthless women to carry out hit jobs. K.T., a freeloading individual, reaches out to Hazel seeking employment when he finds himself short on cash. Initially hesitant to involve him in her operations due to her preference for female operatives, Hazel agrees to give him a trial run. Meanwhile, the local police officer she bribes demands an arrest to maintain the appearance of doing his job, but Hazel is reluctant to compromise any of her "associates." The narrative is enriched with various subplots featuring characters from the seedy underbelly of society.
