Blind (2017) follows the story of Bill Oakland, a renowned novelist who suffers a devastating loss when he loses his wife and his sight in a brutal car accident. Five years later, Suzanne Dutchman, a prominent socialite, is compelled to read to Bill in a private setting three times a week as part of a plea bargain for her involvement in her husband's insider trading scandal. As they spend more time together, a deep and passionate connection develops between them, leading both to question if it's ever too late to discover genuine love. However, their newfound bond is threatened when Suzanne's husband is released on a technicality, forcing her to make a difficult choice between the man she has fallen for and the life she has built with her husband.
