Broad Peak (2022) follows the gripping tale of Maciej Berbeka, who in 1988, bravely attempts and achieves the first winter ascent of Broad Peak. His daring climb is a near-death experience, but he manages to escape with his life. Andrzej Zawada, the expedition leader, proudly declares their mission a triumph. However, upon their return to Poland, it is revealed that Maciej had actually reached the Rocky Summit, which is 23 meters lower than the true peak, located just an hour away.
