Candyman: Day of the Dead (1999) follows the chilling return of the spectral serial killer who once again rises from the grave to torment a Los Angeles art gallery owner named Caroline McKeever. As a distant relative of the Candyman, Caroline finds herself the target of his supernatural wrath. The Candyman's ultimate goal is to claim her soul, ensuring she joins him in his eternal torment. Meanwhile, he embarks on a gruesome killing spree, using his iconic hook to eliminate anyone connected to Caroline. The authorities are left baffled as the Candyman manipulates the evidence, making it seem as though Caroline is the mastermind behind the grisly murders.
