A Wounded Fawn (2022) follows Meredith, who is eager to re-enter the dating world after enduring an abusive relationship and the emotional trauma that followed. Encouraged by her friends, she accepts a weekend getaway with Bruce, a captivating and seemingly innocuous new romantic interest. Initially, everything appears idyllic—Bruce’s secluded art-deco home in the woods is enchanting, and he exudes the charm and warmth she had hoped for. However, there is a sinister twist: the real Bruce is a deranged serial killer, driven by terrifying imaginary demons and equipped with a distinctive and personal murder tool. Once Meredith uncovers his true intentions, Bruce's carefully laid plans begin to unravel.
