A Countess from Hong Kong (1967) follows the escapades of Natascha, a White Russian countess who secretly boards a luxurious ocean liner in Hong Kong, aiming to start anew in America. Natascha's presence in the cabin of Ogden Mears, a wealthy diplomat, leads to a series of misinterpretations and challenges. The situation becomes even more complex when Ogden's wife, Martha, joins the voyage in Honolulu, prompting a fake marriage between Natascha and Ogden's valet, Hudson. This elaborate ruse includes a dramatic dive into the ocean and further deceptions orchestrated by Ogden and his colleague, Harvey.
