Going Ape! (1981) follows the story of Oscar, who finds himself in a peculiar situation after his father's passing. As the heir to his father's circus fortune, Oscar receives a substantial inheritance of 5 million dollars, along with three orangutans. However, the inheritance comes with a significant stipulation: if Oscar relinquishes the apes or if any of them fall ill or perish within the next three years, the zoological society will claim the entire fortune.
