Robbery (2016) follows the story of Ping (Derek Tsang), a man down on his luck who secures a job at a convenience store for a single night shift. Seeking to retaliate against his unpleasant boss, Fat Boss (Lam Suet), Ping enlists the help of his colleague Mabel (J. Arie) to cause some mischief. Throughout the night, a series of unusual customers enter the store: a passerby (Phillip Keung) needing the restroom, a young woman in a cheerleader outfit (Anita Choi) looking for condoms, and an elderly man (Feng Tsui Fan) requesting a sandwich and a pair of large scissors. As the night progresses, chaos erupts, and the Exceed convenience store becomes the unexpected setting for a chaotic and unpredictable robbery.
