Chicago Overcoat (2009) delves into the world of the notorious Chicago Outfit, the most formidable organized crime syndicate of the 20th century. The story revolves around Lou Marazano (Frank Vincent), once the syndicate's most feared assassin. Two decades after his infamous spree of hits, Lou finds himself a fading figure, his reputation tarnished and his skills overlooked. The Outfit's top boss (Armand Assante) assigns Lou a critical mission: eliminate key witnesses in a high-stakes tax fraud case involving police officers, city officials, and mob affiliates. Lou sees this as his final chance to secure his retirement and escape Chicago with his girlfriend (Kathrine Narducci). However, tenacious detectives (Danny Goldring & Stacy Keach) close in on him, and the acting street boss (Mike Starr) threatens to strip Lou of his Outfit membership. Lou must reclaim his title as the Outfit's deadliest hit man to prove his worth and secure his future.
