Doctor Who: The Dalek Invasion of Earth (TV)

The Doctor, Susan, Ian and Barbara return to London; however there are bodies in the river, quiet in the docklands, terrible monsters roam the countryside and the streets are stalked by mind-controlled human puppets. It's the 22nd century.. and the Daleks have invaded!
