A friendly hobo nicknamed "Chingolo" (Luis Sandrini) saves a boy from drowning. When the wealthy family of the boy wants to reward him with money, they are surprised at the refusal of the singular character, who would accept only some food. He's then adopted by the child's mother, who is determined to transform Chingolo into a working man, what motivates the most crazy and hilarious entanglements. The crazy family is trying to impose their values ​​and he responds in the same way. He corrupts, but falling in love, finds hiss original purity.
