Having personally experienced the trauma of a close person's disappearance, Sonia finds solace and support in her new colleagues, Rodrigo, Sebas, and Azhar, who become her surrogate family. United by the motto "we keep looking," the team tackles a wide array of cases involving individuals who have vanished without a trace. They receive crucial assistance from Help Disappeared, an NGO headed by Carmen Fuentes. The bond between Carmen and Group 2 extends beyond professional boundaries, as Santiago was once responsible for investigating the disappearance of Carmen's son.
