Two-Faced Woman (1941) follows the story of Larry Blake, who meets ski instructor Karin Borg during a vacation and quickly marries her. When Larry returns to his magazine job in New York, Karin chooses to stay behind. However, she soon arrives in the city, dressed in luxurious attire, and encounters Larry with his former flame, Griselda. Before she can leave, Larry's business partner, O.O. Miller, intercepts her. She reveals that she is actually Karin's twin sister, Katherine. Despite the incredulity, Katherine attempts to convince everyone, including Larry, of her true identity. Larry, though skeptical, engages in the charade as the sophisticated Katherine tries to win him over from both Griselda and Karin.
