Black Water Transit

An adaptation of Carsten Stroud's novel of the same name about authorities colliding over illegal firearms. In post-Katrina New Orleans, shipping executive Jack Vermillion (Laurence Fishburne) finds himself getting more than he bargained for after agreeing to help feds expose smuggler and all-around bad seed Earl Pike (Karl Urban). Apparently exhibited at the 2009 Cannes Film Market, there are no release information or media reviews about this film.
