Sascha is a ten-year-old boy who loves to ride a bike and record sounds with his neighbor Elli. His biggest hobby is fixing bicycles in his improvised workshop. But if there is something he does not like, it is his new school, a special school where he is taught to read and write. One day, Sascha is caught stealing, and her mother decides to ask for help to Minors Affairs. The department assigns them to a social worker, Frank, who helps Sascha for a year at school and day to day. At first, Sascha does not like Frank, but sometimes it's good to have a "bodyguard".
