L'amant

The latest provocation from the director of "Vibrator" and "I Am an S&M Writer" is less kinky than it is opaque. Based on a popular manga series, "L'Amant" is more inscrutable than those very Japanese tales, and will likely leave Westerners cold, despite titillating premise and some smart turns in story and concept.
