Fighting Delinquents

Seijun Suzuki’s first colour feature, Fighting Delinquents, melds traditional regional life with what was then emerging youth culture that had been filtering in from the West, through the character of Sadao, a young worker who discovers he's the only heir of the noble Matsudaira family from Awaji Island.
