A Fistful of Molars (S)

Sarah is a six-year-old girl whose worldview is thrown for a loop when she loses her first baby teeth. Any worries about pain or gaps in her smile are put to rest, though, when her mother tells her that her lost tooth is a financial windfall — Sarah leaves the tooth under her pillow, and discovers a $5 bill from The Tooth Fairy in its place the next morning.
