It is the story of Professor Paul Coriolos (Gustav von Seyffertitz), a mad genius seeking revenge on the four people who sent his son to the gallows. To this end, he develops a horrific ape-man named Balaoo (George Kotsonaros) who does his bidding and carries out the murders.
