The documentary takes us back to the making of "Salò o le 120 giornate di Sodoma" where Pasolini speaks about his motivation to make this film but also discusses today's relevance of the film through contemporary interviews with people who were involved with the making of this film. Rare archive footage by film journalist Gideon Bachman also shows Pasolini directing one sequence.
